When to order?
1. Order as early as possible.
2. We will need 1 to 3 days to do the designs on chocolate.
3. Then 2 to 3 weeks to make your chocolate, depending on quantity ordered and our production schedule.

What to put on the chocolate?
1. You can use your own design / text, photos, your company logo or event taglines.
2. Graphics can be text and/or photo limited by the size of the chocolate.
3. Picture file must be at least 300 dpi in AI, JPEG or CorelDraw format.
4. We can help you to create a few designs you want on chocolate for your special occasion.
5. Please take note that the end product may differ slightly from the computer generated images/visual as chocolates are all handmade.
6. Remember your personal touch can make your gift an unforgettable one.

Payment Terms

Pay 50% of the order as deposit upon confirmation of your order.
Pay remaining 50% before you collect your chocolates.

Delivery charges apply for Courier Service with special packaging or you can self collect.

Upon receiving your parcel, open up the Styrofoam box(es)
Take out the disposable ice packs which can be reused as long as the gel does not leak.
Store the disposable ice packs in the freezer to harden until you need to reuse it. Outside the freezer, the ice packs will last 24hrs – 36hrs depending on packing conditions before it soften.

How To Keep The Chocolates
1. Chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place between 18ºC – 23ºC, away from direct sunlight.
2. An air-conditioned room environment or airy living room under the fan is ideal, where the humidity is constant.
3. Do not keep in the fridge. If you do, moisture will form on the surface of the chocolate when you take out from the fridge and may affect the graphics on the chocolate.
4. Keep away from food and strong odours.
5. Shelf life: 6-12 months depending on storage conditions.

Transportation of Chocolates
1. For long periods away from a cool environment, pack chocolates in a Cool Carry Bag or Styrofoam box with the disposable ice packs.
2. To reduce humidity inside the bag/box, wrap the disposable ice packs in a couple of sheets of newspaper to absorb any condensation.
